III. Efficient emergency response and foucs on employee’s physical and mental health
A rapid and comprehensive EHS emergency system is established, with scientific emergency plans developed for various environmental, health, and safety incidents. Regular fire drills and other emergency trainings are carried out to ensure rapid response and effective handling in emergency situations, minimizing potential risks and losses. Annual physical examinations and travel activities are organized to care for the physical and mental health development of employees.
IV. Treatment of Three Wastes
In 2019, a 1,200㎡ sewage treatment station was completed with a designed daily treatment capacity of 600 tons. It is connected to the Loudi Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau via online monitors to ensure compliance with discharge standards. For exhaust gas treatment, wet electrostatic precipitation is applied to boiler flue gas, which is discharged through a 30-meter exhaust stack with nitrogen oxide levels <300mg/m³.
Production exhaust gases are treated via bag dust filtration for particulate matter and cryogenic treatment combined with activated carbon adsorption for VOCs, both meeting emission standards. In terms of solid waste, the company employs classification collection, professional disposal, and resource conversion—for example, converting grass residue after extraction into bio-fuel and entrusting hazardous waste to specialized third-party companies for centralized treatment—to efficiently manage various plant extraction wastes and practice green production.
