Hunan Vigor Bio-tech Co., Ltd., established in August 2010, is a bio-pharmaceutical enterprise built in accordance with GMP standards. The company is located in the Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone of Hunan Province, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, with total assets of 150 million RMB and 138 employees. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of pharmaceuticals, natural plant products, and food additives.
We get the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification.
We are one of the world's largest manufacturers of artemisinin, with an annual production capacity 100 tons. The company's annual production project of 500 tons of hesperidin reached full capacity in 2024. In the future, the company will develop a dual focus on artemisinin and hesperidin and their related product lines.

Production

The company has a production workshop of 7,000 square meters, clean area of 1,000 square meters, and a raw material and finished product warehouse of more than 20,000 square meters. Our annual output for all kinds of extracts is more than 600 tons. We have three multi-functional extraction production lines, one pilot production line and three D-level clean area workshops. The total assets of various extraction equipment amounted to 100 million RMB.

R&D

The R&D department was founded in 2010. We have 12 staffs dedicated in researching natural plant extraction and purification, upgrading products quality and reducing quality risk. We have technical cooperation relationship with Hunan Agricultural University, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Hunan First Normal University.

Quality Management

The quality department currently has 11 employees and has a number of advanced testing instruments and equipment. Equipped with high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, infrared spectrometer, polarimeter, ultraviolet scenery photometer, constant temperature incubator, stability test chamber and special clean area for microbiology laboratory, etc. Ensure that the company's products are controllable and traceable from raw materials, production, inspection, and release.
